It is not normal that a software so expensive (relatively) with little functionalities has not been updated in 1 year. And that it still does not support iPhone 5 screen. Thats what people have paid for !! Moreover, live feed image is flattened when in landscape mode... objects look squashed. Please, dont just take the money, and provide an up to date software. Id like to be able to change cam sensitivity for instance...

This app does what it is supposed to do and together with Security Spy provides a powerful camera independent tool to handle your IP cams.

Great app but this only gets 2* Seeing how the updates are very limited. It does not seem to keep up to the added features of security spy. Ive submitted multiple feature requests and also pointed out all the new features of SS but no update have come out since I purchaed it.

This application is simply amazing. It does what it says and it does an excellent job doing it! I am not technical,but appreciate when things do what they say,or in this case work better than anticipated! Also customer support is second to none,and they very prompt at returning queries! Rocket

Way to go guys. Thanks for buggering this up. All I see now on iOS6 is "Upgrading" then crash. Even after cold reboot. How do I downgrade?

This is a flawless iOS companion app for the very reliable Security Spy. We have an 8 camera (all HD) setup in our condo. Council members use a mixture of the iPhone and iPad versions of Remote Patrol. The iPad version is somewhat confusing with its gestures and not quite as reliable. New cameras appear without any adjustment on the iPhone. The iPad version required deleting the server and re-entering its coordinates to bring the last camera into the palette. Really this is nitpicking. They are both excellent apps but the iPhone version is more intuitive never misses a beat.

I have SecuritySpy on my iMac to manage the cams around the house. This iPhone App allows me to connect to the SecuritySpy server on iMac and monitor any where in the world. Great features and very reliable.

Efficient interface to Security Spy. I wish there was an iPad version (security patrol HD is a very different beast). And I wish there was a way to go back to the server selections while in landscape mode, but all in all a great product.

The price of this application is a rubbery. We should get pied from the developer to even consider looking to it. So many function are crappy and crash every time. Fix it or remove it from the cloud....

We live in a city which has the highest theft, break and enter and vandalism rate in Canada. We have been using SecuritySpy and its companion app, Remote Patrol to monitor several of our key properties. Whenever software or camera issues arise the with either app support has been immediate and spot-on with a fix! Today, we lost iOS Notifications for our devices that use Remote Patrol. The developer responded within minutes to our plea for help and quickly found the issue: nothing at all to do with Remote Patrol but rather Apples Security Certificates for Security Spy. Because developers for both programs work closely with each other to ensure a seamless iOS integration, our query was forwarded to the Security Spy development team immediately and within an hour we were given a link to a beta version that dealt specifically with the non-functioning Notifications feature. Once again we are monitoring our properties remotely and cannot say enough about the critical support we have received!

This App works very well with security spy video server. With this App I can control many different location with different video server.

With the new iOS 7 update it became better, and now its amazing :-) Download it if you want to check your belongings from everywhere! :)

Easy to set up. Works as expected. If you have SpySecurity then you must have this.

A great way to keep an eye on your cameras, whenever you may be. Awesome convenience for quickly taking a look outside when you hear rowdy activity. Improves your ability to keep your home and family safe and secure for sure. My setup has convinced a friend, Ive helped him put together a SS/Remote Patrol system as well.
